Since 2012 Puente develops as a workshop space dedicated to printmaking linked to less toxic practices. There is a commitment since then to develop the traditional and alternative techniques of engraving in a more environmentally friendly way and with ourselves by avoiding the use of harmful products: Lithographic processes on aluminum or polyester plates, embossing, embossing techniques In hollow using mordiente of Bordeaux (mordiente saline) to replace the nitric acid are some of the processes that this workshop diffuses and develops. From 2016 Puente assumes the task of being a printer's workshop, carrying forward editions of original prints for craft books or as support in the stages of editing particular graphic works. Thus this space is proposed as a place of learning, production and research in contemporary engraving, assuming the commitment to be a communicator and a link in the universe of printmaking in Argentina.

Melisa Scisciani who is the director of Puente, graduated as National Engraving Teacher of the National School of Fine Arts Prilidiano Pueyrredón in 2004 and as a Licenciate in Visual Arts with Orientation in Engraving and Printed Art UNA, 2009. She develops her graphic work with traditional and contemporary techniques with emphasis on less toxic processes linked to the trade.

Completion of a mural in the Comprehensive Kindergarten Nº 01 DE3 "Juanito Laguna" Collaboration in "Social Murales Project" of the Ministry of Social Development of the Province of Buenos Aires. 2011. Her work is part of Museums and private collections of Argentina, Mexico, Spain and Portugal.
