From R.A.R.O. Buenos Aires we are very happy to announce our 2024 call for residencies.

 

We invite emerging and established, national and international, artists from all disciplines who are interested in carrying out itinerant residencies, to apply to our 2024 program in the city of Buenos Aires.

The application deadline dates for each residency in 2024

​

1. January 5 for residencies to be held between February 5 to March 13.

2. February 22 for residencies to be held between  April 1 to May 8.

3. April 20 for residencies to be held between May 27 to July 03.

4. July 10 for residencies to be held between September 2 to October 9.

5. August 10 for residencies to be held between October 28 to December 4.

We will award a total of 5 half scholarships. One for each date of residence.

 

The residencies must have a minimum duration of 3 weeks + 3 days of exhibition.

​

The dynamics of our residencies will remain the same, artists will have the opportunity to work in different local artists ateliers and have the accompaniment of the R.A.R.O. team and of a guest curator and, as a closing event, there will be the possibility of showing their work in an exhibition with other residents. Simultaneously, meeting activities will be held, some virtual and some face-to-face, always following the protocols and measures established in terms of public health both for the work in the ateliers of our network, as well as for the closing exhibition.
